From Exeter:
From the A38 take the Plymouth exit. Follow signs into Plymouth City Centre. Eventually you will enter a one way system. As you leave the one way system there is a blue footbridge just before a roundabout. At the roundabout turn left. At the second set of traffic lights there is an Esso garage. take the road on the left (Bretonside).Keep on this road until you come to a set of traffic lights with a pub on the left hand corner called "The Walrus". At "The Walrus" turn left and go straight over the crossroads. We are 50 metres on the right hand side.
From The Tamar Bridge:
Travel along the A38 to the second main junction. This will be sign posted as the A3064. Turn onto this road and head towards city centre. At the traffic lights turn left.Keep straight on this road following signs to city centre. Shortly after a roundabout there is a set of traffic lights, keep going straight. You will come to a roundabout with a pub called "The Pennycomequick". Go under the railway bridge and at the next roundabout turn right. At the third set of traffic lights (The New Continental Hotel), turn right. At the mini roundabout turn left.(Duke of Cornwall)Elliot Street is the third on the right.
